The cleanliness

Couldn't change the thermometer to heat and I end up getting sick because the room was cold and I had to plunge my own toilet when it wasn't working properly, called the front decks to report it,and was told to come collect the plunger and do it ourself

The location and the day staff. Evening and night staff was rude unhelpful and unprofessional

I was on the 4th floor. The elevator was out my entire stay. Since it was already paid for I could not leave and go to another hotel. My guess had a really bad stay.

Was not happy that the fact someone tried opening my hotel room, twice. Management didn¿t seem to care.

Location and the pool

All the staff wasn't as friendly as Id expected. Breakfast was underwhelming

All staff were nice and friendly. Hotel was quiet. Tea and coffee available throughout the day in the lobby. Welcome happy hour Wednesday evenings. The suite was very roomy and comfortable.

One of the burners on the stove wasn¿t working, which wasn¿t a big deal. It would have been nice to have dishwashing soap and a sponge, which we bougHt ourselves. Also, the bowls available were too small for us, we had to buy our own also.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. Location was good, right off the highway.

The rooms and furniture were very outdated and dirty. It felt like I was staying in a cheap motel.

The bed was not made. The flat sheet was not tucked in. The coverlet was laid across the desk chair. I purchased a tub mat due too the heavily stained bathtub floor. There was a dirty glass laying under the window curtain next to bed.

There was ants and cockroaches. When I spoke with the manager about it. She asked if the cockroaches were big or small. I told her they were big. Her response was "those are outside cockroaches" anyways...now I know, never again in that hotel.

The breakfast was super cold, and it had ants and cockroaches.

Very, very comfortable bed. Suite was very nice as well. Loved the separation between the common area and bedroom.

Would be great if bathroom was accessible without going through the bedroom.

We were in the area for a wedding and needed a pet friendly hotel. The hotel seems to use one particular area for pets. However, you would never have known the animals were there unless you heard/saw them. Very clean & has an excellent/helpful staff.

I am so impressed by this hotel! The staff was great, warm and accommodating. The entire hotel was very clean. They fed us a very nice breakfast, and then most nights served what they call a "light dinner", which we found very convenient and practical.

Good Breakfast. I REALLY like a good breakfast when I'm traveling Suite was nice and roomy

The washroom facilities are open to the suite. There is zero privacy for preparation after showering. Ok if you are alone but not so happy to do my private things in front of another guest. There should be at least a folding door.

It was only a 15 minute drive from the Houston hospital I was visiting. Also, since it was located in the community of Stafford, TX, the setting had a much more suburban feel which I liked very much.

Great breakfast each of the four mornings I was there, but they never had crispy bacon......just sausage, sausage, sausage :--(

This was my second stay. I love the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, and great location.

We were in a handicap suite and did not like the room. My husband and I would have rather have more privacy from our kids. On the other hand the handicap suite was more spacious.
