Very clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful. Bed comfy

That one your maid staff recognized us from a previous stay and the walkin shower for my dad who uses a walker.

That you cannot apply the for Comfort privileges program. But that's okay, I am a gold member and didn't receive even a bottle of water for my status the previous time I stayed

Very close to the interstate with fuel and car wash within a few blocks.

I asked for hotels in Del Rio, TX. Sonora, TX was over an hour away from us and the hotel refused to close the reservation

Location was close to the activities we had planned

Facility was dated and older. The guy at the desk was video chatting while checking me out of the hotel.

The bed was a great king sized bed that was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The only thing that I did not like was that I missed breakfast. Not there fault, but mine.

The Comfort of the room. Clean and view from window beautiful. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom light/heater when turned on, made an awlful noise.

Wifi was not the best at this location. When we reported it to the desk, they said there was nothing they could do about it and that no one else had complained. We are techy, so did what we could but it kept kicking us off the network.

Our room had mosquitos and moths covering the ceiling. There was trash left from prior guest. We had to get up early to attend a funeral, at 11am I called to ask for a late checkout so we could change clothes. Front Desk lady was very rude.

It was good. Great Breakfast.

It is not a hotel. It is a motel. There isn't an indoor hallway to get to your room. you get to it directly from the parking lot. It should be advertised and listed as motel, not a hotel.

The ice machine was on the first floor and our room was not. Every room was accessed by the outdoors not from an inside hallway. The air conditioner was not controlled by a thermostat.

It is a old version of Comfort Inn, re-model just only office area but not in the room. i expect the new version of Comfort Inn.

Clerk was very rude. I understand she was starting her shift and I had to stand for 10 minutes as she counted coins but she could've been nice and friendly about it. The bathroom was dirty. The hotel is in general disrepair inside and out.

Pretty much everything! The room was the most disputing room we have ever been in. Our room was full of flies, we spent about 30 mins swatting flies before we could even go to bed. Had we not checked in so late and weren't so tired, we would have left!!!

Staff was excellent. Sense of humor, courteous and kind, responsive to questions and guidance

not a 2.5 star.....old worn out rug
