No hot water, no tv remote, no exterior lights in the hallway

Clean wood floors. Microwave and fridge.

The smell but I got used to it once I realized it was cleaner than it appeared.

It was quiet

There were no local channels on the TV but many other channels. No, breakfast was provided.

The sleeping area was great. I was unsure of what I was getting into, but walking in I was surprised at how nice it looked.

No coffee pot in the room. No place to hang my clothes. No breakfast. The breakfast was cereal. The bathroom needs a major remodel/update.

Clean pool. Manager was friendly to talk to.

The length of time waiting at the desk to check in. There was no bell or way to contact someone that someone was waiting. The place is so big. Yet so few people staying and working at the location.

The room was very clean and did not have any smells. The bathroom has fresh white tile and the room was recently painted. The floor is laminate.

The walls are thin.

Convenient, staff is nice, safety.

May need some updating, especially the bathrooms.

The hotel was right off the interstate and the rooms are a generous size. The water pressure was great. They offered free coffee at 6am in the lobby

There was no coffee maker in the room. While I don't like sampler size bottles of shampoo and conditioner I wish they had a dispenser that had it available in the shower area. I do wish hotels would offer more than 2 towels in a king size room.

huge place, room was clean

although they are pet friendly, there was limited places for dogs to 'do their business'.

Was very disappointed that breakfast was not served. But understand that there was a eating place next door. But heard bad things about it.

Closeness to steakhouse and gas station.

The pool was green with almost black algae on the walls, we choose this hotel because it had a pool and would have chosen another with a sanitary/swimmable pool if I had known the condition of the pool which was a health hazard with beer cans strewn about

The heater worked very well.

I could hear the people next door. The bathtub was not clean (hair was everywhere and underneath the bathtub mat was dirty)

They do not have cleaning staff on, no clean towels. The second time that I stayed - Saturday night the television did not work and there was a shortage of hot water not to sure why there was only 15 cars in the lot and not all on the same block.

I have stayed here a lot of times as you can see on my history, it seems like the establishment is going down hill with no having enough staff to look after things. I would also recommend that they spend some money on insect control...

Last time stayed there I had small bites (insect) on my lower part of legs !

It is in a good area, quiet / staff are great.

It seems like other hotels in the area are now serving the continental breakfast which this one does not - WHY ? Also i would like to see a coffee make in the room, and more bars of soap.
