The staff, hot water, location

The beds were squeaked, bathroom had cracked tiles, housekeeping every other day.

Room was crooked. Found trash in the bed. Tile in room is broken and moved when you walked on it. My room was visited by someone whom I think was with the staff but he didn?t refill my coffee tray or take out trash. Ice machine on my floor was broken

The sink in the bathroom was duty. Someone had spit into the sink and it was not cleaned out.

My room had bugs in the window, there was a storm and the window leaked onto the air conditioner. When I let the front desk know she was not accommodating.

we drove 1 hour and and arrived at 2 am , got to lobby with the luggage?s although I have paid the hotel, they said that hotel is full, the worst think is that I am still trying to get my money back so horrible experience

Staff was friendly and corrected issues that came up.

Had to switch rooms a couple times due to broken lock on door and mini fridge not working

The room was nice.

Outside side door lock was broken, no ice machines were working. Crumbs in hallway. Elevator was SLOW.

Clean. Friendly staff. Easy access.

The Personnel were very helpful. Breakfast was great.

The floor(a handicapped room)was very sticky. The pool was foamy(too much chlorine?).

The air was very fresh

Breakfast area was very dirty and had ants crawling all over the food

The GM was an awesome guy! We were on motorcycles and it was predicting rain overnight so he told us to park them under the awning out front so they wouldn't get wet and where staff could keep an eye on them all night!

The staff was very nice.

The breakfast was terrible.The price was to high.That's what brought my overall experience down.

Best place to stay in Snyder!

The staff was friendly and it's location is good. Close to the Highway and close to restaurants.

The toilets are way to low. If they were at least standard height it would be OK. Not good for old travelers. The breakfast was sub par. Breakfast at Hamptom Inn's was always so good but not this one.

Very good location. Super close to a Walmart and right off the highway. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice.

That the pool was out of order..

Hotel was under renovation so piles of materials and trash outside my window.. and we weren't advised of this in advance of purchase.Pool and hot tub out of order without advance notice.Hotel staff refused to clean room during our stay.
