    Pros +

    • The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It is one step above staying at a rest stop, camping in a random field, staying on the streets, in a parking lot for the night. No one molested my car.
    • The staff was friendly.
    • Staff was very friendly

    Cons -

    • When u book an extended, stay room, u expect one! We traveled a lot and were ready to get out of the car being so cooped up in a tiny space. I expected a room with a table and chairs, a decent size refrigerator w/a freezer like in the pic
    • The room was roughly a 12 x 12 ft box, nothing like the example picture. I thought this was a ESA, should have known better. There should be a warning given with these types of hotel offers when a person has not stayed at one before. Room was old, worn.
    • Wrongly rated hotel/motel. Defenetly not a three star hotel. Filthy pull out sofa, furniture, carpet, room not clean and horrible smell. No central air conditioner, and only a window unit for the bedroom.

Absolutely not a thing! From the impersonal staff (they use a monitor now instead of face-to-face?!)

My husband and I were trying to locate our room, as the directions printed on the paper (for some reason) were obviously a rough translation from another language. While I was running up and down stairs to locate said room, a white SUV pulled up next to my husband’s work truck. Being up on the (open) second floor walkway, I was able to see and hear every little thing. The white suv driver rolled his window down and cussed at us to move our truck because we were “blocking his parking in front of his room”. My husband rolled his window down halfway, smiled almost half embarrassed, and told the other vehicle, “just one second, please, we’re trying to find our room.”The people in the white SUV (2 large Mexican men and 1 larger than life Mexican woman) got out of their vehicle at the same moment… throwing hands in the air, yelling and cursing at my husband for not moving RIGHT THEN. The three people were approaching our driver’s door YELLING threats that each one of them was going to, and I quote, “beat the fucking shit out of this bitch.” They even tried to open his door!! One of the men had a handgun in his fist. I was TERRIFIED to say the least. We weren’t even there/checked in for 6-7 minutes before all of this happened! We did not go back up to the room. Some of my things we left behind because WE BOTH felt unsafe and were put into an extremely unsafe situation. We went straight to the kiosk type front desk person, explained in great detail everything that happened. Oh, I also requested to see the video of the altercation. The Extended Stay in Snyder, TX has GREAT cameras that did, in fact, record everything, including sound.I was denied any access of the video/audio. The front desk person accused US for a reason unknown..

    Low price. Good location.

My search was for a dog friendly hotel and I said yes to “Are you traveling with your dog?” but when I arrived to check in there was a sign that said NO DOGS. I was too tired to find someplace else so my poor dog spent the night in the car. I didn’t sleep well and we left by 5:15a.m.No soap in the bathroom and no coffee.

It was cheaper and was close to town but not in town

There was no hot water or very little stayed for a week only had one warm shower the whole time

The location was good for quietness. Location in town. Being left alone and not being bothered by anyone knocking on my door since I was a day sleeper.

The stairs. The kitchenette didn't have anything in it like silverware, plates, cups, bowls or pans to use for the stove. It is difficult to carry that with you when you are there for a little over a week every other week.

I was so exhausted from driving for several days, a concrete slab would've been awesome. However, being these accommodations were immaculately clean...I slept like a baby. My morning was refreshing and I was alert and ready to tackle a most chaotic day. A few more coffee options was only room for improvement I could find. Highly recommended for business or vacation travelers.

I would like to see perhaps a flavored coffee option for breakfast.

the air conditioner it gets real cold inside which is a plus due to the heat

staff notified me 48 hours before my trip to say they didn’t have a room I requested so they was trying to reimburse me but I said no due to it being 5-7 business days to be on my card then they put me in 2 individual rooms which was extremely small. staff was rude over night they don’t even speak to you for nothing just rude all around

no heater window ac that didn’t shut off in 35 degrees weather alone with the ceiling tiles hanging down the shower almost neck to neck with the bed refrigerator and microwave the bed sheets were severely stained like diarrhea stains and the room was filthy dirty nasty n cracks in the front door settle.. the stairs were very dangerous and wide open gaping holes and far apart to step from one step to another risky unsafe this place is ridiculous and not clean and room is tiny tiny no elbows room for nothing

    everything

The desk attendant was very courteous and helpful. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

There wasn't much room for parking due to so many guests with big work trucks, i am assuming but it wasn't that big of a deal.

The room disappointed me. The shower was like a closet that opened directly into the room. The toilet and ai
