- The hot water worked in the shower.
- The night lady was amazing and so helpful and welcoming upon check in and with all additional help after arriving.
- It was nice and close for my needs. The room rate's within my budget.
Cons -
- The sheets were dirty at checkin, no ashtray available in the smoking room or phone to contact front office. Lights in the room did not work. Smoke detector was hanging from the wall.
- The absolute worst customer service upon checking out I have EVER EXPERIENCED by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever had.
- The internet connection sucks. Very bad Internet connection since the power/electricity went out during a thunderstorm last week. I'm very disappointed in the internet connection at this hotel.

The hot water worked in the shower.

It was on the bottom floor. Easy access for my wife that has a bad hip.
Unclean, roaches in the bathroom, very poor lighting,large gap between the door and the floor, numerous shady people just standing around watching cars pull up,TV didn't work, the floor was extremely filthy. Our socks were black from walking on them..etc
