SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston NASA/Seabrook

It was near a gas station and some food options.

The AC was leaking so the carpet was wet. There were chips on the carpet left from previous guests. There was some weird gunky substance in the wet carpet area. The elevator to our floor did not work and ice maker did not work. Staff were not friendly.

Love the fact that the sofa is 2 beds! Also Location and breakfast

No, everything was great !

Location and great room and breakfast

Nice rooms and staff

Hallways smell like mildew; some of the linens didn't smell right b/c they weren't fully dry before putting on bed

Room is spacious and clean, bed and pillows are super comfortable, friendly staff, good hot breakfast, free parking and plenty of space. I¿ve stayed in Spring Hill hotel before. It doesn¿t disappoint and will definitely stay here again.

The staff is always so awesome and beautiful. Checking in was a breeze and checking out was just as easy. I got the room i wanted on the floor i wanted. Breakfast was hot and great not continental. Everything was perfect.

Comfortable bed, very nice room, full hot breakfast. A lounge in the lobby that was open to guest till about 10 pm. Well lit parking lot with plenty of room even if you had a small U-haul type trailer.

There was as a lot of hallway noise in middle of night, guest coming in from parties slamming doors etc., not really hotel's fault. Hotel itself was excellent.

The staff and hotel meet my needs and the shower was AWESOME! The room was clean and there was a decent selection at the in hotel store without a crazy up charge.

If I had one gripe it would be the towels. They were super soft and clean, but the lent stuck to everything and was almost impossible to get off. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel is very clean and located close to NASA and Kemah, or even Galveston just 30 min away.

The area has a ton of road construction and the area between Seabrook and Kemah is a total mess.

The space in the room was great, staff very helpful and it was very clean. Even during COVID they did well with breakfast.

Loud door closures. There¿s no way to close the doors quietly!

The hotel was nice check in time is incorrect on the website and if you are anxious about Covid do not stay here

The breakfast was not up to par the cleaning staff didn¿t clean for breakfast no hand sanitizer and even though there is a sign for mask it is not even enforced

Location...comfortable

The pool area need cleaning...plastic bottles and used toweks...not to mention someone left used band-aids

Very friendly staff. Quite good breakfast selection for it being continental. Loved the layout of the room and the separated toilet and shower. Very comfortable.

Lobby area by elevators probably need a bit more attention with keeping the floor clean, but that's it.

Location and cleanliness

No breakfast due to Covid

Cleanliness comfort and quiet peaceful area

No breakfast but that is due to covid guidelines . Cant wait for their breakfast to open up again

Very nice rooms. Separate toilet and shower room.

A few rust stains on the bathroom floor.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. Love that the shower is in a separate room then the restroom

No breakfast in the weekend do to the epidemic. Buts its understood

The guy at the front desk bent over backwards to get me a room with a tub instead of a shower. He actually put us in a handicapped room to accomplish it. The pillows were very soft. They had enough blankets, which a lot of hotel rooms are short of.

I was happy with everything.

location of hotel was great, italian restaurant was a short walk across parking lot. kemah boardwalk and nasa were vrry short drives from hotel, overall great experience

So close to Kemah

We returned to our room after the first night (left room from 9:00 a.m. to 2: 00 p.m. and it didn't get serviced while we were gone). Not a huge deal, but a little inconvenient.
