Comfort Suites Seabrook - La Porte - Kemah

We booked a king bed. 1st floor hallway smelled really bad (pot)! Window in room to outside did not close! We were given a handicapped room cause their elevators were out of order & they said the only other room they had avail was 2 full size beds.

The lady in the venting was nice. The lady that was there over night was excellent.

The man that answered the phone in the morning should be fired

Check in staff was very nice. Pool was clean

Elevator didn’t work. Neither did the phone in the room, the keycards, or most of the channels on the TV.

The staff was great and it's near kemah Texas. and the gas station was nice

The food could have used some love and the hallway was a little dirty but overall great hotel

It was very clean. You can tell it?s a little older( multiple paints on doors, etc, some paint pealing) but it was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was good, but limited. Everything we ate was fresh, just not very many options. The eggs were good.

The rooms were so mold toxic that I had to get another room, the next one was better.the pool hasn't been cleaned in weeks, very green.

Fitness center was closed for whatever reason, ice machine was not functional. When I travel I specifically pick hotels with fitness centers . About 50 percent of the time they are always closed or have non functional equipment . Hotels need to do better

The assistant manager in the front is so helpful and always very friendly!

The carpet, they either need to shampoo it or change it because it smells

Easy location. Good parking.

Dingy rooms and hallways. Can tell the age with a hastly slapped on paint and decor for luring customers online. Wouldn't recommend.

Really enjoyed the ability to leave the hotel keys in the box -no need to fully checkout. Staff were so pleasant, housekeeping was awesome!

Quiet and comfortable bed.

Room had musky smell and needs updating. Breakfast needs healthy options. When checking out, clerk barely made eye contact and didn't say thank you or even goodbye.

The free breakfast was sad. Very thin walls - we heard every word our neighbors spoke in the halls.

The overall condition of the room and it¿s amenities , pest control needs to be addressed.

It was exceptionally well located to the places we wanted to visit. Room was very cleaned, staff was very polite and extremely friendly.

Breakfast (better than continental!)

1. Front desk manager (forgot her name) announced our room number, out loud (violation of guest privacy). 2. Same manager checked-us into a room next to an elevator shaft. Plus, this same room was handicap-assessible, even though we didn't request one.

The location was close to family. Free WiFi and breakfast.

The toilet was broken. The staff was rude and disrespectful. Outside our room was under construction (wall to the room was not fully complete). Staff serving breakfast not wearing a mask. Towels, toilet paper and toiletries were not replenished. No phone.

The bed was very comfortable.

I paid for a king size bed but got a queen.
