It was a 5 stars experience in a 2.5 star hotel! They were wonderful. It was so clean, the pillows were feather pillows. And the mattress was really good. The staff was really nice. For breakfast they had egg white vetable omelette and biscuits

When I got there I wanted a tub so I could soak in epson salt. She said you pre paid your room you have to take the room you got. I didn’t want to like it there but it was a 5star experience.

No washcloths in room. Not enough towels.

Location, of course. The breakfast is a very nice bonus as well as the free parking. I have stayed here for more than 10 years every time that I travel to Houston for Quilt Market.

This is the only reason that I most of my ratings are 8's. The lobby and the room smell strongly of mold and cleaners that are trying to mask the smell. The elevator is in poor condition, it also smells bad and is super slow.

Holiday inn has the best beds.

Very strong cleaning agents smell throughout the hotel. So strong we coughed when entering. We rented 3 rooms, one the refrigerator didn't work, one the mirror lights in the bathroom didn't work.

Away from traffic, quiet and didnt have any odors.

Central to places visited. Good breakfast selection. Quiet location far back from street. Felt safe. Lobby safe very helpful.

Trash not removed and towels not replaced. Had to request towels at desk and only pool towels were available. Had to request sheets for sofa bed.

Hotel staff were nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area

There is a $50 incidental charge that is still pending and when we got to our room the door had been left open. it wasn't locked on initial entry

Comfy beds, spacious!

Took forever to get checked in. Only one desk clerk on busy Friday evening.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was very close to restaurants and Kehmah. Staff was nice and helpful!

The first thing was when I walked in the hotel had a pleasant smell of cleanliness which me say....I made the right choice. The room was surprisingly roomy. And I Love that they have DOVE products and not the cheap stuff. Lastly the BREAKFAST is BOMB.

The property is new and very clean. The rooms are very basic but modern.

Breakfast is not exceptional but adequate.

Room was not clean and had an odor. We did not have bath towels in the room. I left early due to the experience.

The sofa bed had white stains and the carpet had red stains too. Also, there were breadcrumbs on the floor.

I liked everything about it the rooms, everyone was very nice, the pool was clean and it was enough room for my family of 5

The distance from the Kemah Boardwalk was great!

The could use more staff on duty. We had to ask for towels and our room wasn't cleaned after we had left for 4 hours the second day we were there. With that said, the staff was accommodating when we asked for assistance and provided everything we needed.

The breakfast was delicious, the customer service was very good, very family friendly and great location.

Location is great

I usually book a king bedroom, but none were available when I booked, so I stayed in a room with queen beds. The beds were to firm to be comfortable. I didn't sleep well because of the firm mattresses.

It¿s typical of hotels today¿had to ask for more towels, and they didn¿t clean the room while we were there.

The location of the hotel is very good. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was good and they changed a bit everyday.

Room smelled bad (someone probably smoked in there and they tried to cover it up), the window was not openable, and there was no fan in the bathroom. So we stuck with the bad smell. The shower water pressure was very small. Faucet mount was loose.

Nothing!!!

My hotel door locked me out & staff was unable to fix/open/unlock. After seeking help for over an hour; staff offered me another room to sleep in until the issue could be resolved. Unfortunately, the room had bed bugs and stains on the sheets and pillows.
