We left the hotel and requested a refund as the room was dirty and there were dead and alive bugs in the bathroom. The lobby of the hotel room smelt terrible and the floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in months.

It was nice. Decent rooms. Friendly staff.

It was infested with roaches. Never seen so many in a hotel before.

Sheet were used and dirty and bathroom was not disinfected, bathtub in bad shape, broken titles afungus.I bought disinfectant, before to use anything.

2 small pillows king bed, 2 towels jacuzzi suit. mold in the bathroom, mold on the ceiling. no batteries tv remote . no water to jacuzzi. old dirty socks in one of the drawers. bed cover had large rip. a/c didn't cool. not worth the price

Bed bugs, roaches, pool ice cold when the sign said heated. No chlorine in pool. Nobody at front desk

Our room smelled awful. There are no working elevators! Our bedding had huge stains. No one worked the front desk after 11pm nor did they answer the number. We had no bedding for the sofa sleeper. We requested pillows and got none! This hotel was awful!

Wasn't expecting much but it was a quite place with hot water and good pressure in shower. Really close to good restaurants.

I was very unhappy when I got there to find out The elevator was broken we were on the 3rd floor so we had to carry all our things up. The hallway smells like pee-pee we had small baby roaches. The room was just nasty and they lie on there website.

Yes everything was wrong they lie on there website and made that hotel look like it was something totally different and when you get there you see it wasn¿t what the website said it would be.

Indoor pool was the only thing likeable about this hote.

Roaches. Broken elevator. Never anyone at front desk. Ice machine is awful. Will never return.

I am so disgusted with this hotel. The elevator didn't work. Had elderly family members who had to stay on the 3rd floor. The doors did not close all the way. You literally had to slam the door to shut it. The toilet was almost overflowing the first time

Had roaches in the room. No elevator. Had advertised breakfast but did not provide

The entry was outdated and kind of scary. The room looked updated for the most part. Old TV in the room barely wanted to work and it had an overpowering smell of paint.

Not many dog friendly places in area. That¿s the only reason we booked here.

Unsavory activity outside on the hotel grounds. Drinking and drug use in parking lot all at night. Did not feel safe going to and from vehicle at night. Parking lot hang out did not appear to be hotel guests, just a party location for locals.

When we walked in there was a smell of Raid bug spray...it was so thick we had to leave for an hour. Roaches crawling everywhere...from baby to Momma's. It was disgusting! They allowed us to swim in the pool and if the city came out to see how dirty

Close to boardwalk

Nothing worked NO a/c in hotel or room got stuck on broken elevator hot tub was broken roaches in room had to downgrade my reservation just to get a room without bugs and that room sucked too! Horrible traumatic experience!! They need to close this hotel.

Location was good for many activities. We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly. We have two small dogs. The new LVT flooring in the rooms was a perfect fit for pets.

Apparently this hotel has only three employees One housekeeper, two for the front desk. Everything in the hotel is at some stage of remodel/repair New flooring throughout, a new deck/patio outisde the pool area and some new bedding. None are complete

Staff was nice

Only one wash rag per room and they acted like that¿s all they had.cockroaches crawling across the floor and the pool was broken

Had to get towels from the desk, no turnover service, elevator did not work, key cards to room did not work, exposed wiring were the smoke alarm should be, no blankets (had to use cover blanket), owner used unloading zone as personal parking space.

Location. Our family lived close by, so it was easy to visit them.
