Decent Location.

There was a strong smell of mildew/mold in the room. Breakfast hours were cut short. Front staff checking in was not friendly. When we walked in it was as if she was annoyed we came in.

When you walked it it did smell stale but the hotel was clean (entryway, lobby, elevator, hallway to the room and the room)

I liked the friendly staff and how dog friendly it was. The breakfast area was nice. And the pool area had good privacy. We felt safe and secure during our stay.

The room we had was very spacious. Clean. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent!!

The only complaint is y?all need flavored cream for the coffee.? lol

Location (to NASA and Kemah); cleanness; room decor; friendly and helpful staff; good quality continental breakfast; easy parking.

The room was a King Bed with couch and accessible bathroom (tub & toilet). The room worked out great for our week stay. It felt very spacious as well as a nice size dining/sitting area that people could use throughout the day.

No microwave in the room but there was one in the eating area for use.

They had a wonderful breakfast

not like how small the rooms were. Or the fact that I had no water pressure. the pool is not connected to hotel. You don't even need a key to get in. Did not feel safe. every day I had to ask for a new key because mine wouldn't work.

Housekeeping came to the room each day, replacing towels and coffee. The hot breakfast had variances each day of our 5-day stay. The location was quiet.

Hampton used to be our solid go-to place to stay. There have been some very exceptional ones; Murray, Ky, Virginia, DC area, Everett, WA. There seems to be a trend though of averageness at many.

Front desk staff was o.k., could step it up a bit. Behind the counter when we checked in, and departed were bagged bottles of water. We would have loved to have been offered one as we were doing extensive driving.

Location, cleanliness, updated

Shower did not drain neither did the sink, every time used either there would be water backed up over flowing, brought it up to the receptionist. Pillows smelled bad as well, smelled unclean on bed.

Everything about this place was great! The staff was so polite, room was clean and smell good. Location was great, we were right accross the street from Sam's Boat which was an awesome restaurant! Overall it was a great experience.

I just wished they had non-dairy creamer for the coffee bar.

Sliding barn door on bathroom was kind of odd. Doesn't provide the privacy desired when sharing a room with non-family members.

Short drive from Kemah Boardwalk and Houston Space Center, limited hot breakfast.

The front desk lady kept asking if we were buying items from the little store when my kids were dropping their water bottles and soda from their bags after I had already told her we bright them with us. They were HCF and H¿E¿B brand so clearly not hotel.

The breakfast. Due to covid the breakfast area is closed but the bags of breakfast was $5 a bag and had like two granola bars.

Rooms just didn't feel clean. Repairs have been made in restroom and didn't have great quality to the final touches.
