Kemah Edgewater Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western

It had a smell. Bathroom was outdated. Room smelled of urine.

Hotel employee service to us when we walked in. He is serious about making this hotel safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for all who staty there.

The bed was so soft of slept in and the room was very clean. I will stay there again when I am in the area.

Reception was very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel wasn¿t a long drive to the boardwalk or beaches.

I had my grandson with me and he required an actual bath and not a shower because he¿s only 1. The tub would not fill up with water so it made it challenging. The elevator is very small and takes longer than most. Also, the pool was closed.

The front desk ladies were top notch. Super friendly and helpful.

The fridge did not work, and some of the construction seemed DIY (patches around AC)

Hotel and room were clean. Room had plenty of space with sitting area, desk, also had fridge and mini coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. You could see the bay across the street from the window at the end of hallway. The hotel is also conveniently located.

The included breakfast was very limited - cereal and breads only. They ran out of coffee and there was no staff around to make more. The TV reception had issues. There is a little coffee maker in the room, but they only provided one serving.

Staff was great and very helpful. Great location, and super clean.

Very clean, comfortable & quiet hotel. Convenient location to Kemah, nasa, Galveston, the mall. & restaurants. The staff is very accommodating, professional & courteous. Will definitely stay here again on our return visits.

Had roaches in our room, everyday I killed at least two Towels smelled like rancid grease Outlet in bathroom did not work One of beds was broke down at the foot No room service except to exchange towels Continental breakfast was terrible

The owner and staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. Very easy to check in, pet friendly, and a great location for when we want to go to the zoo, NASA, or even Galveston.

The only thing that surprised me was the inability to use the hotel bathroom near the lobby. It is a restriction put in place because of COVID. It was a little bit of an unintended inconvenience.

Very deceptive management the elevator has been broken for at least 2 months they emailed me a few days prior to let me know they would be charging me early they should have mentioned the elevator on the email they wait till I get there and advised me.

Elevator did not work,no breakfast ,bathroom door lock locked and my friend was trapped in and couldn't get out. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk to help and had to call police to come and help.Manager not good.

The hotel room was clean.

The maintenance on the room looked like it was done by someone who didn¿t know what they were doing. (3 way light switches were wrong, drywall repair was a mess and a broken window that was not cleaned up my entire 3 day stay)

Good location in Seabrook, Roku TV

Leaky shower faucet dripping all night, leaky sink faucet, noisy mini-fridge, unreliable / unusable wifi, moldy smell, fire alarm going off at 2am, no breakfast, missing front desk workers, cold coffee, TP in the peepholes, errant fire safety signs

The hotel was/is very clean, well maintained and the employees were very nice.

I'm disappointed you did away with the breakfast!! (I stayed here two years ago and you had it then.) When I chose this hotel, I thought for sure it said breakfast included, but apparently, I was wrong. :(

There were a group of us there for a friends memorial service and they went out of their way to make sure we had rooms in the same general area. We were coming in from out of town and we had our dog,. The manager was very accommodating

I enjoyed the professionalism from the moment I entered the front Desk-My room was clean and tge king bed was so comfortable just like I was home-I enjoyed my Stay from the beginning to the End-Hotel is in a perfect place from Kemah boardwalk and Shopping

Noisy area

The location was close to where I wanted to go.

Water was a constant stream in the shower, not aware of pet fee, The side door had constant water puddle that had slippery moss, ice machine not working, no continental breakfast, paid about $30 more than what I reserved the room for

The room was already cool.

Pool was way too hot and also not clear water.
