Located 13 miles from University of North Texas, this hotel offers Wi-Fi in guest rooms. A TV, microwave, and small refrigerator are provided in guest rooms at Sanger Inn. Pros +

The staff is friendly and responsive. The hotel is easy to find right off the highway.
It's an older hotel but it's clean, affordable and solid water pressure in the shower. Just out of the way enough but close to all my destinations.
The room was very clean.

Cons -

The room was not as clean as other hotels we have stayed in and in need of remodel or repair. The shower did not drain well and the drywall tape was coming off the ceiling.
One questionable stain on the carpet and the seal on the door needs replacing.
The bed was hard and the shower pressure was low. The location is not really very convenient. They also seem to rent to less than savory individuals long-term. The in-room coffee was awful.

We found a roach in one of the drawers upon arrival. The bathroom was so small the door scraped against the toilet when you open it. Pillows were very thin. No chain or latch on the room door, but there was a deadbolt.
