It was very clean & it was close to the water park we ended up going to. Very nice location!
The only blemish was that it didn’t have free breakfast, but other than that, it was very nice! The staff was very nice & welcoming!

Room was clean. Afternoon shift staff was very friendly and accommodating.
When we checked in our AC wasn't working, we had to move rooms. Pool was not service due to missing filter - one of the main reasons for us booking this hotel was the pool. They did fix it evening of day 2. Washer didn't work for us. They don't have free breakfast. While we were there another car was broken into, shattering their window. Luckily our car was untouched.

Location, amenities in the room, overall cleanliness and friendliness of staff
Breakfast should be included. When housekeeping cleaned my room they turned my AC all the way down to 59 degrees my room was freezing when I returned later that evening. I hope to think the housekeeper forgot to turn my AC back up.

Excellent location! Easy access to the loop around the city. The check-in receptionist at front desk was exceptional! hotel employee greeted us with a big welcome and made us feel like visiting family. She made us feel entirely safe at the location.

engaging and helpful staff. Comfortable room
very close to main highway which was busy 24/7 and windows were not adequately sound proofed so room was quite noisy during the night. also 24hr drive through restaurant across the road was brightly floodlit so we had to have the curtains closed all the time.

The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating.I asked if I could check in early because we had have to move hotels in the middle of a dance competition. They also gave me a 2pm check out time.We ended up checking out by 12:15pm but we truly appreciated the extra time and got a little more rest. Thank you again!
