- Staff friendly and manager was very nice and professional and apologized for the wait.
- Water pressure, water heat in shower is important to me and it was spot on. Staff was very kind and caring. Best continental breakfast I?ve seen; better than pricier hotels. Security in the parking lot at night was a nice surprise. Will definitely return!
Cons -
- The floor in bathroom had a hole and loose tiles so when you walked in there it felt like floor was going to give
- Only ice was on first floor and elevator was out of service for a little while. I waited a long time because manager was on a call.
- poorly maintained...most hard surfaces had paint splatter and drips, thousands of them, caused by painters not cleaning them...would be easy to scrape them...makes all the hard floors look permanently filthy
