Comfort Suites San Antonio Near Seaworld

The room was very comfortable and beds soft, Clean and roomy. Staff was nice

There were 2 adults and 3 kids' room space was adequate, but only 4 towels and desk wasn't very helpful on getting extra towels so we all could have clean towels to shower. Also, had to ask for pull out couch linen and only a fitted sheet was given, and a thin blanket, no pillow case or pillow or top sheet. The chair to desk was broken .stuck.in recline postion.. and I told them about that. I almost fell out of it . Pull out couch was horrible with springs .photo of springs on grandson.

Great location, minutes away from many restaurants, gas station, shopping centers. Nice staff. Great sized and accommodating room.

Woke up about midnight to a disruption in the hall. Door to balcony on 2nd floor loose and almost broken, hard to open door. Back door by pool unlocked (unsafe) Pool had an extremely strong chlorine smell

It’s a great centralized location with plenty of parking and not a lot of traffic. The staff, especially Marilyn made us feel very welcome and were all very courteous. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The pool area was a little small, but it worked.

Everything was better than expected. I stay here every 2 weeks for work. The staff and total experience is exceptional compared to most. The location is great as well.

It was very easy to check in and out. The room was really cute, and the cleaning staff did a great job cleaning up. Spacious and good price. It was very close to everything and we were well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and when the AC worked, it kept everything nice and cool. We did have issues with keeping the AC working properly. I like that there were two TVs and there is a mini refrigerator as well as a microwave. The staff overall were very friendly and accommodating and answered messages immediately. Overall, it was a great place to stay and affordable and I would stay there again.

We did find one roach in the room, and I'm not sure if that was just bad luck or if there were more. Also, the breakfast was okay, but a bigger variety would have been nice. The elevator was very old and creaky, but it did work, but at one point, the door to the elevator stopped halfway through and would not open or close, but thankfully, it opened up after a few minutes. The pool was really nice and warm as was the hot tub but it was rather messy in there but I don't think it was anything that the hotel could have done but I do think it was more the guests. I did not like the free coffee, as it had such a peculiar flavor. Also, our key cards often did not work, and we had to go and get them fixed.
