It was advertised as pet friendly. However they charged $75 per night for each pet. Our little dog is non-shedding, is well trained and never barks. She’s 13 years old and follows us where ever we go. I feel they could refund at least $50 if there is no evidence that she was even there. Most places charge $20 to $25. They also charged $35 for parking for one night. You think you are getting a good deal to stay there then you get $110 added to your bill. These charges should be advertised on their site!!

Location is good.

The parking fee is way too expensive (32 dollars a day). The towels are dirty. It only supplies new towels every other day. I requested new towels on the first night, but the staff was slacking off, so I need to go downstairs to get my new towels.

The location was good. The room was a good size.

The restroom wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our stay. There was urine on the toilet seat. We weren’t offered clean towels on the second day. The parking price was ridiculous and it wasn’t even included online when we initially booked.

Reception staff tried to charge us the full walk-in price and were insistent they wouldn't honor the booking.com price. Much arguing and a phone call to someone higher up and they eventually relented. A/C unit in room was incredibly loud, which made for a very bad night's sleep.

Pool was sometimes noisy after 10pm and always full of kids
