Very clean and good location

They do not take 3rd party forms of payment. It has to be a major bank or credit card. No Cash App, no Venmo, no chime.

The location is great and the area was quiet. The property is well kept and my room was clean and the breakfast buffet was very good.

At check-in we were welcomed by amazing people(man and lady) who were friendly and kind and offered help with all our questions. But the next day the girl at the reception was cold and not helpful at all. She was rude and her name was Angelica. I asked her name with intent of this review to make her aware she needs to be friendly. I asked her for late check out since we came in from travel and checked in almost at 9. She said no because it was only for the vip guests and I was not one. I asked how can I become one and she said let me have your phone number and email. She took the information and said ok that’s it and walked away. Then I got to back to my room after 30 mins and my key was no longer active. My husband went down and she told her that I should have reactivated my card. He told her how was I to know that. Long story short-Angelica needs training in customer service.

Suggestion bathroom needs some kind of ventilation too damp and wet when second person takes shower

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The bed and pillows were super comfortable!! Dove soap and shampoo in the restrooms, breakfast was super good also! The location was good, rooms were super clean and staff was super nice. I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Antonio!

The smell as soon as you walked into the room. It smelled like stale smoke and mold.
