Great location, fantastic view of downtown. Very accommodating and polite staff.
Changed rooms because the one we were given was poorly cleaned. No draft beer at the bar on the ground floor. Front desk attempted to overcharge with superfluous charges on checkout - Check your bill.

Upon arrival we were checked in by Carl on the front desk who was super friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of amazing recommendations! The room was spacious, comfortable and felt very luxurious. We treated ourselves to room service a few times and the food was great. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, we did unfortunately have an issue with valet - however Zoe at the front desk immediately solved this for us and couldn’t have been more helpful! All the staff at the front desk were incredible! Such a lovely hotel and amazing experience, we’d absolutely stay here again!
Apart from our encounter with valet which was quickly resolved, everything was perfect!

Clean, great hospitality, love the social hour and morning tea. Body wash (eucalyptus) in the bathroom smelling so good and so relaxing! 10fold rooftop has great drinks and view. We also had great breakfast at dean’s, location is great walking distance to riverwalk and historic village. Overall great stay, clean, and plenty to do without leaving the hotel. We cannot wait for the construction to be done, and back here again!
Construction in front of the hotel, but it’s not their fault. Wish the pool is bigger too

The hotel itself is beautiful and the amenities are great.

Nice amenities, great services, great restaurants.
Not so good sound insulation. I could hear sound from the hallway and people open/ close doors when I am in the room. I could also hear people taking in their room when I am asking in the hallway.Pillow is soft for me, but still comfortable.
