I reserved 2 rooms . And neigther had been completely clean on one a dirty towl was left in a dresser when i notify the receptionist all she she is put it out my door. No attentive at all . On the ither room bag of old chips and things were not working got moved to another room 3 times . Than received a call in the middle of the night asking if the room was occupied because it wasn’t registered and they wanted to sen another person their . How can you not know what rooms you assigned to people. Terrible experience
