Booked a handicap accessible room (for person in wheelchair) but had a hearing accessible room- no room in bathroom for wheelchair-couldn¿t use stool

There were a lot of things that were not working. Pool bathrooms, 1 elevator didn't go to the 3rd floor, and ice machines.
Large new rooms that are laid out well. Room felt like a suite even though it wasn't. Would definitely recommend.
It's a relatively new HIE, and the new "furniture" is much more functional than the older rooms! I also like the improved lighting that allowed me to easily read in the room and put on my makeup in the bathroom.
It was a little difficult to get in to because of the location, but I'd rather my hotel be a bit off the interstate than right on it. Traffic noise can be bad!
For the price point, this hotel was great. Clean rooms, facilities, and so on. Staff was outstanding in helping my wife and I. Special thanks to staff for their professionalism, and, personality-plus!!
There was no shuttle service available, local, or to the airport.
The hotel had an amazing breakfast that offered a variety of breakfast items. The staff was friendly.
Our air conditioner just stopped working in the middle of the night. We told the desk in the morning and they didnâ≢t offer us any discount or apologize for it. They just said we need to put in a service ticket.
