Newer hotel. Bright and colorful atmosphere. Nice employees.

Small rooms for the price. Got out of the shower barefoot. Walked across the floor to the bed and the bottoms of my feet were black from the dirty floors. Had to go back and shower to clean my feet again. New does not mean clean.

The staff was incredibly friendly. It was quiet during the night.

Staff was very friendly. Showed up late to breakfast but the staff still let us serve ourselves a plate.

Location was convenient for my travel purpose. The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was smooth and efficient. No waiting.

My first time to stay at Tru. The room was smaller than I expected with different storage options. I did not dislike it. It was just different.

The receptionist went above and beyond to let us check in early!

The sink had a nasty leak. There was a disgusting molded towel stuffed up under the pipe to catch the water. Obviously it was an ignored issue. Maintenance man actually admitted that it was an on going issue in several rooms.

The friendliness of all the hotel employees at the front desk during check-in and check out.
