Good location, good price, great staff Decent breakfast

Elevator smells

They stole it over $200 from and won’t refund it. They went back and double charged me two days after I checked out and are denying it when it clearly shows on my bank account that they did. They are going to be sued!!!!

I really enjoyed being able to easily get to and from my hotel. There was ample parking. The room was large and well appointed.

I hated it I flew in from Seattle my room was booked from the 13 till the 15 a suite with the jacuzzi tub for our anniversary get there and they give me a regular room I showed them my receipt stating that I'm supposed to have a suite with Jacoby tub

I hated the hotel this was the worst anniversary of my life throughout worst anniversary of my life and I couldn't be accommodated for my state or a refund

It?s clean

For the second time my reservation was for a jacuzzi room and the second time we did not get a jacuzzi room.

The hotel is in a great area and close to the highway.

My reservation was for a jacuzzi room. I called the day before to be sure. When I went to the room, I immediately went to the desk and explained I had reserved a jacuzzi room. She simply said that she only saw a king suite and walked away.

Most of the staff were fantastic! They worked hard to compensate for the failure of the management.

My first room was bug infested. Next the bed was super firm. Third- the outdoor pool patio was filthy with cigarette butts. Lastly, the gym was filthy and now machine was in full working order.

Location is awesome.

No bacon at breakfast. And my suite was not suite it didn't have the bedroom separated by a door.

Nothing like the reviews. We were traveling with a toddler and this was perfect for us to take a break overnight before continuing on our travels. Location and access was perfect. No complaints.

The people were very cordial and helpful.

The air conditioning/ heat system was unmanageable. If heat was on, it was sweltering and the air conditioning was way too cold. The room was not as clean as expected. The floor around the bed was dirty and sheets were not spotless.

Nice-sized rooms with couch and comfortable seating. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Large spacious and clean room.

It a very nice place. very clean and quite. we were there for one night but liked it so much stayed a 2nd night just to rest up and relax by the pool.

Nice fresh hot eggs at 6 am

Internet did not function properly on first floor! Bathroom sink faucet was not properly attached and swiveled.
