$3 bottles of 16oz water in your room from a billion dollar company is insane.

Location. Lobby water (when cups are available)

Quality of room. Shortage of staff. Too few diamond parking spots. Coffee should be 24/7. I may have just had a really bad experience with my stay. Hope yours is better.

The food was excellent along with the staff.

Charged $3 a day for parking and tax. Received internet service for 7 days and then had to pay for remainder of the stay. Was not aware of this before the trip.

It was clean, well located, nice lobby, room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable.

Went back twice to get working key & finally got another room. A cashless hotel ¿no way to tip the maid. Last straw¿I was charged $3.50 parking & not told. Staff very unhelpful. No coffee after 10 and no lunch available.

They now charge $3 per day for parking. They also used the rate for a pet to stay to $75. Paying $3 a day to park at a hotel where my cadalitic converter got stolen and they claim the have no security cameras is a little ridiculous.

It was in the right location

They charge for breakfast when the other hotels breakfast is free They did not have the room I booked so they gave me one with one king bed

Overall great experience. Usually our hotel of choice when staying in the DFW area.

The professionalism (immaturity, poor social skills, attitude) of the front desk associate at our check-in (approximately 10 pm on 7/21/2023) was poor, and unlike anything I have ever experienced at a Hilton hotel. Had the same experience the next night.

There was a drunk man acting crazy by the pool. Our cadilatic converter got stolen off our Tundra. Another vehicle had their window busted/broken into.staff said the have no security cameras. Signs in the parking lot say they are not liable for anything.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast and bar was good.

Cleanliness of the room could improve. They should mot use bed sheets that are stained. That¿s the only reason we may not stay there in the future.

The best Hilton Garden Inn we've ever been. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience.

The road construction currently going on certainly was a negative but this is temporary and hopefully will be completed soon.

Check out was Noon and at 9:30 am housekeeping was banging on my door. All kinds of road construction going on nearby so getting there can be difficult.

The lobby was nice.

The bathtub didn't drain, the bed was hard, the pillows were flat, the heat Didn't work well (it was snowing outside), and there were no extra blankets available to the thin sheet and top sheet. I barely slept and was so uncomfortable.

The beds were nice.

My wife and I have dander allergies. The room we were in obviously had pets in it and it had not been cleaned from the dander. We were sick when we woke up and have been recovering since then. We will never stay at that hotel again.

Large rooms and rooms were clean. Great location too.

The carpets outside of elevators needed to be vacuumed.

I appreciated the staff there. They really helped me in my time of need. I also had the best 2 nights of sleep I had in a long time.

I was surrounded by construction but that is in no way their fault.

The exercise room had plenty of space and a variety of equipment.

The pool and jacuzzi were not working the entire time we were there. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel and we¿re very disappointed. We ate at the bar one night and the food was just OK. We did not eat there again.

It's location is great for a quiet stay.

The hotel has done away with its buffet breakfast. This is one of the main reasons I stay at this hotel. The whirlpool was down for repairs.

Staff was amazing. Accommodations were amazing. Plenty of towels and hot water

Although the breakfast smelled amazing I though the price was a little high so we went somewhere else to eat

Hotel was very clean, easy check in process, great bar in the lobby! Close to outlet mall and fast food places.
