The guy at the desk the first night we got there was the best thing about this entire hotel!!

This hotel should not even be open because of all the construction going on!!! Also, the cleaning staff need training on how to clean the room and bathroom. And there is a bad odor in most of the hotel. I will not stay at this motel again!

Affordable

I did not like that the room was warm and muggy. We couldn’t set the a/c under 68 and it only cooled off for a short time. The room didn’t just get cool and stay cool. Also the beds weren’t the most comfortable.

The breakfast was good hot and the area was clean.

The whole room reservation process was not a good experience. My deposit was not returned and the charge is on my credit card.

Clean room, good staff

Window noise and wasps. The window seal let a lot of wind noise and whistles in. There was a wasp nest on the outside of the window. We reported it and they knocked it down but they were back that afternoon making a new one. Guess they need insectide.

Clean, simple, and straightforward. Quiet. Comfy bed but only 4 small pillows.

Staff is always great and it¿s in the perfect location for me.

First room I was assigned had not been cleaned. Beds were unmade, trash was on the counter, etc. Clearly it hadn¿t been checked.

Extremely clean Room was spacious and well done. The bathtub had a grab bar. Really nice extra touch. Hot water was superb. Breakfast bar was really good large variety of hot and cold foods

Front desk staff was unfriendly when checking in. Telling tired weary traveler they can google it. When ask for directions. Would basic directions have been so hard. Take a left at the road. Go about two miles and you will see restaurants etc.

The staff was very courtesy.. Good job making you feel comfortable and wanting to return to this location..

The construction around the hotel... but that has nothing in you guys.. also the lighting in the parking lot..or should I say the lack of lighting in the parking lot...

The whole stay was awful, several kids running around unattended stealing property & throwing hot chocolate on doors. When it came to bed time & lifted blankets there was ants in both beds, there was hair on sheets as well like it was never changed.

The staff were great. They had great attitudes always and made us feel welcome. Brandon was especially helpful and very kind. The whole family like his kind spirit and helpfulness.

Hotel was dirty. Hair on the sheets. Sofa bed covers smelt awful like a dead mouse was in it. Walking through the hallway it had a musty smell.

Really amazing room- we absolutely loved it. Lots of space, a kitchen sink and 2 tv¿s for a great price! Also had a good breakfast with reasonable hours that accomodate everyone¿s schedule. I was a very early morning check in and it was zero problem

Lots of Construction in the area makes getting there a little weird the first time but it¿s actually very quiet and safe feeling

It was clean and offered a variety of choices for breakfast. Easy on and off the highway.

By 9 AM on Sunday morning the coffee was gone. It took about 20 minutes to get another pot out. I didn¿t care for the taste of the coffee so I went down to Whataburger and got some.

The friendly staff was very helpful.

The lack of working ice machines, the overflowing trash cans, the hot breakfast was kinda blah with the juice machine being mostly out of order

No one notified me that the hotel was over booked, after my reservation was made. I am a truck driver, who booked the hotel over 500 miles prior to checking in. I was already tired and exhausted from the drive. Is this a reflection of my membership level?
