Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Worth Alliance Airport

Location is great. 2 bedroom option is perfect for our grandkids to stay with us. Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. (this was our second stay at this hotel)

could use new carpet in the room as it is showing some wear, but it was clean

The staff was quick in moving me to a new room.

It was old, smelly and the air conditioning didn't work in the first room. Also it wasn't like any Residence Inn I have ever stayed in, instead it was comparable to a Motel 6. I won't ever book there again.

Our entire hallway smelled of marijuana. It was so strong inside our room! Luckily the staff went & said something & when we came back to our room, the smell was gone. The hallway still reeked! Also, The hot tub was not clean: cloudy & dirty & unusable!

Breakfast was fabulous! The front desk staff was cheerful.

We used the pull out sofa as a bed there was crud under the sofa. nasty

They gave my middle school daughter and me one double bed to share.

The Location was convenient to shopping and food.

Our room door had about an inch and a half between it and the floor you could see in the room. We slept with a towel under the door that's how bad it was. The sheets smelled like we where in a pool. Will never stay there again. 2 star hotel on its best.

room was very small; not enough food during breakfast times (seemed to be understaffed during the holidays); Front desk personnel did not add the correct amount of days to my room key (shorting it by 2 days).

For a hotel with name Residence and pictures you posted showing sitting area and separate bedroom - this is clearly NOT what we received. The room we had was even smaller than any standard hotel room I have had in many travel nights spent during year.

Would not recommend the hotel based on the room we received. Had to be the smallest format room in the building.

Really convenient location right off the highway.

Rooms are very small, hotel will not offer room upgrade, regardless of occupancy.

We were pleased with almost every aspect of our stay. Hotel Employee at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She went out of her way to nuke our popcorn so we wouldn't wake our sleeping toddler. The gym and breakfast were better than at any other hotel

Our shower was slow to drain, but otherwise everything was great.

The first room we were given had someone else still residing in it when we opened the door. The second room had a fireplace that was lit but could not be turned off, on duty staff could not fix the issue and did not offer another room. Disappointed.

Very clean. Excellent accommodations

Only thing I didn't like was no restaurants. But the drive to the nearest places to eat wasn't too bad.

Aesthetically pleasing and super clean. The breakfast options had an amazing selection. Front desk staff on pm and am shift were pleasant.

Parking, there was no parking. I went in to ask where to park and he told me in handicap or between the lines in handicap. REALLY? Well we don't do that we leave them for people that need them. We happened to be in or truck so we had to park in the grass.
