The room was clean, decor updated and check in was easy

The rooms are older - shower leaked, toilet ran and the sink was very slow to drain. The breakfast was completely empty an hour and a half before it ended and it took over 45 min to restock anything and then it was not enough for the people waiting.

1. there was water on the floor that had come out of the fridge. 2. the pillowcases were rumpled and not clean 3.The bathroom sink would not drain

Quiet and convenient. Close to downtown Roanoke TX and some great restaurants. Far less traffic than Dallas/Ft Worth area.

The door on our room (304) wouldn?t latch by itself when it closed. Had to pull (or push from inside) for it to latch completely, otherwise it could be pushed open from outside. Also, the bathroom door had to be slightly forced to shut

The location for us was great, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Size and look of room was good. Price was satisfactory. Have stayed at this hotel several times w/no problems. We actually love this hotel.

Towels looked clean but had hair on them. We always bring our own towels. Shower leaked. Bathroom sink closure broken, would not hold water. I was bitten by something and had to go the doctor - antibiotic shot and prescriptions. 1st time ever problem here

Quiet location

We came to the hotel because it showed they had a hot tub and indoor pool. There was no indoor pool and no hot tub, and we were unable to get our money back so we stayed 6 out of the 7 nights that we paid for.

The location was good.

The bathtub was green. The breakfast in the morning was not good. The juices that come out of the machine were expired, and the individual packets of butter were half way opened! I didn't feel the need to explore further.

Very clean room and friendly staff.

Not a huge fan of outdoor entrances, but it was okay.

Upon our arrival we were told they tried to call and tell us there was some kind of damage we could not have the room. We were not even offered any discounts for the trouble. Man that the counter was very rude

Location

Had to change to 3 rooms in a 2 night stay. Every room had an issue that required us to request to move rooms.

Poor limited breakfast selection Upon arrival, 2 rolls of toilet tissue and each had very little tissue left on the roll. No extra roll in the bathroom. Had to go to front desk and ask for toilet tissue. I travel frequently & have never had this happe

This hotel exceeded my expectations, I wasn't expecting much based on the reviews on Google. Although there is room for improvement in there breakfast and when I went, the hotel is under construction.

I wish that it will have more options for breakfast and also makes the breakfast hot.

Mold in coffee maker. Petrified roach on sheet, so sheets had not been changed. Drain didn't work

VERY, clean, great location, nice soft towels and a great bed. They even had nice FRESH fruit on the breakfast not old mushy fruit!

Stay here regularly. Consistently clean, well maintained. Staff friendly, helpful. Excellent value.

There was a guy at the front desk that always greeted us in a pleasant way. The staff made us feel very comfortable and appreciated. Breakfast was okay, the room was clean, and the wifi was great. If I ever travel that way again I plan to stay there!

Updated. Clean. Good breakfast. Convenient location to Texas Motor Speedway. Very responsive staff.

Promptness: the card to my door had a weak battery & was replaced By the time we returned.

Close to where family lives. Bathroom very clean. Great to have a microwave and refrigerator.

Trash not removed one day. Carpet old and stained. Seems overpriced.
