Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Port Lavaca

Our king size room was very spacious! Even the decor was nice. All the staff was very helpful, nice and friendly!

Shampoo bottle empty Closet had gritty sand that wasn¿t swept up Only one roll of toilet paper

We were greeted with smiles and eagerness to serve.

The lady that checked me in went above and beyond after having a bad time trying to check in at another hotel. Was awesome!!!

The clerk at the front desk was over the top helpful, friendly and fun to speak with.

Very comfortable stay— the bed, AC and heat, coffee maker and facilities. Decent breakfast. Clean.

Shower was very slippery my wife almost fell, loud pipe noise at night, brown water out of the bathroom faucet and toilet on our last day.Pool was disgustingly dirty.Staff was not very helpful.Property manager was not helpful and rude!Do not stay there!

This is the first time I have stayed in a Hampton inn and if all of them are like this I will not stay again. The window shadw would not work so we could not look outside.The t.v. was the most confussing to work we finally gave up and read.there were not information about the room or the town.There was only one coffee cup in the room.

The place was clean. The breakfast was good and staff were very courteous and friendly. I felt like my room was personalized to me. Excellent stay. I recommend it to anyone staying there.

I travel for work as a photographer, I took my daughters with me on a photo session to Port Lavaca and I must say the location was great it was close to Walmart and restaurants everything was right off of the hwy, the pool was clean and not over crowded, the whole staff including house keeping were all sweethearts, my room was clean and the house keepers gave us extra towels for the pool.
