The staff were very helpful.

The carpet was soaking wet so we had to move rooms. The water just stopped in the middle of my shower.

Special recognition to day manager, Extremely accommodating, very friendly and personable. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and at home. A tribute to her staff as they were all as friendly. We will definitely will return again.

room was not maintained and cleaned properly, lack of towels, flush was not working. staff asked to pay $4 when I asked for a bandaid.

They upgraded us to the Executive Suite when we told them how horrible the bed in our room was.

The bed in our first room was the worst bed we have ever slept on. The pillows were awful too. The bed in the second room was great, but the pillows were still awful.

Night Staff was supper friendly and always ready to accommodate any needs. My room AC wasn¿t working and quickly assigned a new room without any fuss.

front desk people was very nice

tv didnt want to work , air condition , the other rooms dog barking all the time and the smell the fire alarm because a guess burn his toast bread

Good beds clean room

Ac did not work talked to front desk an i was told nothing could be done. Will never be staying again.

Desiree was working at the Front Desk and was very friendly and helped us get a room that was on the first floor (we have difficulty with stairs and did not want to use the elevator during Covid). The breakfast was very good!

The staff was friendly meeting our needs to move to another room and being deaf I was still able to get a room close to my family's room which made the stay all the better.

The smoke that is smelled in the rooms on the first floor and smoking too close to the front door outside.

The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly. Great location to beaches and restaurants. Fresh cookies are put out all day. By far the friendliest and helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel!

Clean and quiet

Air conditioners sounded like you were driving your car with the window down. Not a smooth air flow. Complained but new room had the same issue.

Guest below us kept banging on walls and at breakfast there was nothing out. Staff refused to put drinks out. Previous times were great, this one not so much.
