It was clean, It smelled good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

The room was beat up from wear and tear. There were dogs all over the property. Some dogs were without leashes and there was animal urine in the elevators as well as the hallway.

The door to our room wouldn't latch, meaning that you could just push it open. The front desk said someone will look at it. I asked the next day and was told to just lift up the door and pull it closed at the same time. Room #100. Don't have time to fix.

The breakfast was great the whole week we stayed, real hot style breakfast with meat.

Hotel jacuzzi was not clean. Air conditioning was not cooling. The room was hot and humid. Staff was rude. It was extremely expensive for the room and service provided. Was expecting way more and was very disappointed.

We didnt get the room we requested even though we booked several weeks in advance. The room was humid and smelled gross. The ac didn't work right and the bathroom was gross. Hairs everywhere and floors hadn't been mopped in a long time. No extra tp.
