The front desk staff was nice.
The hotel staff were so pleasant
Dirty. No elevator It was broken. Not enough towels no water.

Cons -

No hot water
The rooms were dirty, smelled like cigarettes and weed, sink fell out of the counter. No hot water, elevator was broken most of our stay. Had to be moved into 2 different rooms where the tub was clogged.
No hot water elevator did not work was on the 3rd floor

The front desk staff was nice.

The rooms were dirty, smelled like cigarettes and weed, sink fell out of the counter. No hot water, elevator was broken most of our stay. Had to be moved into 2 different rooms where the tub was clogged.

The hotel staff were so pleasant

I was on the third floor and the elevator did not work. The heat in my room not only didn?t work but the unit was blowing cold air continuously even when the unit was off. There was no hot water the first night and day. The temp was 11 outside
