- The only bright spot was that we didn't have to drive back into San Antonio.

- Very disappointed, first stay i was locked out of the room at 730am.. 2nd trip housekeeping is walking in 2 TWICE before 11am while I had just come out of the shower while my family was eating breakfast downstairs. VERY RUDE NO ONE should have access
- coffee in room but no coffee maker. desk but no chair..
- The hotel was not well maintained. The pool was closed, the gym was closed. The lighting was poor. The carpets were being replaced, so there was a mess everywhere (which is understandable.) The A/C in our first room wasn't working, so we had to move rooms
