Nothing we got a king with couch sofa it did not have linens for my grandchildren. Neither did the office gave me one fitted bedsheet very disappointed. I stayed in your motels before and this was the worst.

If you look at my stay, I had two adults two children. My children did not have blankets or bedding at the front desk. The lady was very rude. The coffee pot refrigerator and microwave did not work. The front office said it needed to be reset

When you arrive to check to enter they ask you for your card and they charge you $50 more and they tell you that they return them to you but they don't deposit them back that's a robbery.

Very clean Staff were awesome Comfortable room and bed.

My nephew plugged their low flow toilet. We called for a plunger, which never came. My 71 yr old mom had to go down to the lobby to use the Restroom. After waiting for 3 hrs, we checked out.

It has a beautiful entrance, lobby, and the tins were a really nice size as well! The kitchen, although not serving a full breakfast, was also very inviting.

After having the worst experience at the hotel next door, this hotel was such a breeze. It was clean, nice and the lady who helped us was very accommodating and polite.

I was not informed that the room had NO RUNNING WATER AT ALL before booking. I feel like I was robbed because I couldn¿t even get a refund or cancel.

We were treated extremely unfairly by this hotel during Houston¿s weather emergency this week. During a deep freeze, we had no power for three days. This hotel checked us in despite not having any running water in the room. We had no way to use a toilet.

Yes, not having the amenities that you would expect in a hotel room, like a working toilet.

The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate us, even going so far as to have coffee ready in the lobby at 4:30 AM.

Its was convenient and right by my job I was working..

The water took a tremendously long time to get hot and the air was not cooling the room off.... That's why I only stayed 1 night
