Room was clean, comfortable and quiet

The room was clean and it was a nice room

The hotel was under renovation there was plastic hanging everywhere there was mattresses in the middle of the hallways. That is a safety concern, if there is a fire. You should not have to pay full price for a hotel that is under renovation.

Location to St. Luke's Health - Patients Medical Center - Pasadena, TX. Virtually across the street. Less than a 5 min drive making our early morning appt bearable.

Room 216 bathroom shower needs to be addressed. A standard King room microwave & fridge should be standard. AC on a raw wood box in room. For this quick overnight stay it was not an issue. The property is nice, the bed very comfortable, ac excellent.

All of the staff and the handicap, roll-in short room. Also their response to infrequent minor maintenance issues. This is our favorite Hampton Inn and Suites. We have chosen to stay here dozens of trips.

I booked a standard room for 1 night. Bed was comfortable, good tv. A microwave would have been nice.

Consistently excellent. Rose once again was able to accommodate our handicap access needs. It is good to see this wonderful staff and hotel recovering from the last eight months. We felt extremely confident in all of their Covid cleaning protocols.

Location close to those we were visiting

Desk clerk not wearing mask, despite signs on door/desktop saying masks were mandatory. Asked her to put it on- she covered her mouth but not her nose. Had ask her to cover her nose This put in to doubt all safety procedures, making for an uneasy stay.

The Hampton Inn Pasadena is a most exceptional Hotel. We have stayed there many times for multiple days. On this scheduled stay hotel employee gave my wife and I special and extraordinary service to meet our reservation making it a perfect visit.

We stay at this Hampton as much as we can. They have a great staff and facility Excellent management and customer service with great respect for disabled customers.

Yes, was over charged on items manager not available to explain. Just got home today and need to call on the status. Overall it was a nice.

Second stay in two weeks, eager to get back and even same room by request.
