My room has no remote control for the TV .. the fridge was not operating. The gym équipements are just decorative . Few équipements really function( Treadmill, the electrical machine for instance were not working and there wasn’t any sign to indicate it.

Yes, the elevator was out of service, only one towel in the bathroom, mold on the wall

Location

First room had broken door lock that lead to another room. Second room the restroom lights did not work. Wall outlet was missing front cover. Carpet inside room was dirty. Outside landscaping needed cutting. Pool area had to much trash.

There was a weird smell & our shower did not work . We were unable to shower properly because the shower head was broken . Towels had stains

Location was quiet and out of the main city. Overnight Hotel staff was nice about getting me switched into a room with carpet.

No continental breakfast, and no remote in the room I was switched to.

The staff was really nice. The room was pretty clean.

The overall look and experience was not at all what we were expecting. The keypad to our door was broken, the ac unit was broken/dirty, and the beds were hard as rocks.

Breakfast buffet was actually pretty good and they let us put cash down for the deposit instead of putting a good on our debit card

Average cleanliness, smell in some corridors Bathroom tub is stained, ceiling has mold, fittings are loose etc.

The friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The hot in was a surprise I wasn¿t aware of.

The night check-in clerk Sarah was soo nice and helpful!!! Thank you!! 

The hair dryer wasn't working but the morning clerk got me a replacement one that worked GREAT! So, all in all, great stay! Thanks LQ.

Housekeeping not staffing the room

The location was great. My father is in the hospital and I needed a room close to Bayshore Medical center. This hotel was within 15 minutes of the hospital.

They were renovating the lobby so it was noisy. I'm sure after the renovations it will be a 4-star hotel. The room was very nice but the bathroom toilet was wobbly and unstable.

Staffs were friendly and hotel was decent,felt slightly pricier.

Need to be sure whether hotel should be selected in this location since of industrial area around. Had to call front desk for so many things but they were prompt to resolve.

Clean, spacious room...seemed recently updated

Phone call at 11:30 reminding me that check out was at 12.

Really good customer service! Staff took that extra step to make sure we had a pleasent stay! Its hard to come across good service these days, im just glad that hotel staff like my experience still excists ! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Not at all.,! Everything was great!!

This hotel locates at industrial district of Houston, which has a bit of strange smell at night. Besides, the bath tab has stain on the bottom and the air conditioner has a burning smell. Overall it was the worse La Quinta I ever stayed in.

It was clean and comfortable - it's kind of off by itself, but it's perfect for the traveler who was to stay on the east side of Houston. Minimal traffic (by Houston's standards). Definitely recommend!

Customer service was great and housekeeping was wonderful!

The lobby furniture needs a real, real good cleaning! The furniture is filthy.. you can really notice it. Breakfast should be stocked til 9 or 10am. Many people come down a half hour before and you only get what you can get from what is left.
