The room was not clean. The pillow case was stained as was the dish towel. There was a glob of long hair on the shower wall. And there was a cockroach! After seeing the roach, we didnÂ¿t to leave the motel. We left around 6pm.

The front desk offered to move us to a different room. I told her that I didnÂ¿t want another room and that I wanted a refund. She said I needed to call the manager the next day. There is no one answering the phone at this motel.
No cookware in kitchenette. Roaches in cabinets, drawers & counter top. Immediately went to see clerk and was given another room. Only room left had no night tables, ripped off the wall and A/C not cooling well. Was told I'd get discount, I did not get.
