The staff was helpful. The room was spacious and seemed more luxurious than the price I paid. The location was convenient for me. Everything seemed clean.

There was a very strong mold odor in my room. I have allergies and I was miserable. I cut my stay short. I don't think it's safe to rent this room. Maybe the others are ok. The handicap shower had cracks, a loose faucet, and needed repair.

Infested with roaches. Front desk was not manned for 30 minutes. Once they came out, they were in pajamas. After i told them the room was covered in roaches, they weren't apologetic or suprised. Unprofessional and disgusting. 0 out of 10. DON'T RECOMMEND!

Clean, quiet road off of I35 as compared to others.Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with several options. I stayed for a week for work in area. Great price and hotel area was perfect. Walking distance to Sonic, convenient stores.

No. People commented on other reviews that the clean team are ready at 11am upon check in. Yes, they're ready so they ask as you come out. It's not a negative thing. They have a job to do and are ready

Hard to understand the person checking you in. Someone knocks on your door even though you have the do not disturb sign up 2 minutes before your 11 o?clock check out. Then she stares at you while you?re trying to get out the door.

Had indoor pool and small gym.

Not 3 star, a little on the shabby side. No hairdryer. No toiletries.

The lamp kept flickering like crazy and my boyfriend said it was a ghost. It wouldn't stop so we turned it off so fast. And someone knocked at our door before check out after we had a do not disturb sign at the door.

It was cheaper than the other hotels

It was really dirty. Every wall and ceiling had dirt or some substance smeared everywhere. The furniture was all chipped and old looking. The shower didn¿t work properly.

**Beware of this hotel! Our room was infested with Cockroaches! I left right away! We spoke with the hotel manager and he would not refund our 1 night stay. He said the cancellation fee equals the 1 night stay.

Room key cards didn't work. The office said that they'd been having an issue. Every time that we needed to get into the room, we had to go to the office and get someone to come let us into our room.

The room fridge did not work. And there was an odd smell to the room. You could really notice it if you stepped outside for a minute or so, then walked back in.

I got a good deal on this hotel. It was in a convenient location for me. The outside pool and spa looks clean. I didn¿t use it. Good ice machine nearby.

This hotel was disappointing in a couple of aspects: it seemed damp and musty inside. The quality of the bedding was weak, mismatched linens and weird satin strip across the bottom. When I arrived at 2 PM, they wanted to charge me $25 to check in early.

The front desk person tried to demand $10 additional to have a non smoking room. At no time did we reserve a smoking room
