Best Western Inn & Suites

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great with lots to choose from. A/C got very cold on our hot summer vacation.

The shower drain did not drain very well.

The staff. Extremely courteous staff. Second, the room. Very clean, comfortable and spacious.

I booked a spa room with a spa tub but the reservation that was downloaded to the hotel was for a handicaped room.

The help were nice except mgnt was rude, HAD TO ALWAYS BE RIGHT EVEN WHEN HE WAS TOTALLY WRONG

MGNT WORST EVER HE TREATS EMPLOYEES HORRIBLE,GIRL 3RD DAY ON JOB LEFT ALONE HE WOULDN'T ANSWER CALLS AT NIGHT. Was told she was let go the next day. He's the one would be fired. He lies about rooms and upgrades He's always got to be right and debates

that it c was close to where my husband family is

The only decent thing about this hotel was the location it was next to everything other than that it was horrible

I paid $--- for this hotel room for one night the room Fossetts were loose there are no elevators the so-called free breakfast was absolutely ridiculous they didn¿t even offer toast that was the biggest waste of $--- in my life

Poop bloood on sheets no refund for trouble.

Hotel was very clean and tidy although it had a slight musky odor... would definitely stay again. Good deal for the price and again, top notch cleaning staff.

I reserved a room with a jacuzzi or spa tub...and instead got a handicap room. I was very disappointed.

The breakfast room did not have a table that was cleared and cleaned. I had to wipe the table myself. This was at 9am as I was checking out.

Some of the rooms are within a hotel setting while another section of rooms is in a motel setting. We ended up in the motel section; which we were not expectong! The hotel/motel is clean but not a 2.5 star hotel.

New or newly remodeled. Clean.
