Rodeway Inn New Braunfels - San Antonio Area

We choose non smoking and when we got inside room, it smelled like smoke and was dirty.

The beds were super uncomfortable. The floors needed to be cleaned as well as the bathroom. The people outside their rooms rapping and smoking weed made the hotel sketchy.

Nothing!

At arriving about 2hrs before check in was informed that there was a $10.00 fee for early check in when room was ready already. Interior of room was trashy looking. The 2sitting chairs were nasty looking with stains on them. Lamp shades were torn, etc.

very old, very un-maintained - awful old carpets, smells, TV didn't work, two out of three lamps in the room did not work. DO NOT STAY HERE

The young man at the front desk is always friendly and helpful he gets our reservation ready for us as soon as we get in and makes sure we are ok with room and all we may need in our room for our stay. I'd like to say thank u and I would recommend stay

2 house keepers older lady and Hispanic man rude and give off a unpleasant vibe bt over all it's fine.

The front desk men are really nice they are very helpful as well and the pool is a plus for me. It's always clean well everyone I have been it is crystal clear.

Just that they don't have the breakfast they use to..

The location and only the location!

This hotel room was infested with roaches. There were roaches in the bed, roaches on the tables, roaches on the refrigerator. There were also holes in all the bed sheets and bedding. By far the worst I?ve stayed in!

Everything else even gave my room key out without asking me and then wanted to see my I'd when my key wasn't working

That I was able to at least try to sleep, but not that much there was roaches the light switches were torn and broken. There was no access to the side lamps because the lightbulbs were out after I asked them to change them.

Roadway and a lot better with their customer service. The lady made me wait outside for four hours until I was able to check in.

Absolutely nothing it was 100 degrees when I got in the room turned a/c on high the fan speed was slower than slow mode 4 hrs later called guy from front desk he came down wouldn¿t give me another room so I left totally ridiculous Then I contacted Price

The room was a corner room facing I H35 I couldn't sleep with all the loud traffic passing by

IT'S PET FRIENDLY THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE.

THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY AS IN STAINED WITH BLOOD OR SOMETHING. WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED THERE WAS LITERALLY SOMEONE LEFT OVER BOX OF CHICKEN AND BISCUITS IN THE MICROWAVE THEY NEED TO DO BETTER WITH THERE CLEANING

Location and ability to check-in early, but it cost an additional $15.00.

Dirty, smelled like smoke and one of the mattresses had a whole in it. Also, the door did not shut correctly.

Location was the only thing that was convenient

Nothing that the hotel said it offered did it offer except the swimming pool. A/C did not work, Refrigerator did not work, microwave would kick the breaker and the staff and management were rude and unapologetic to the issues or willing to refund.

It was FILTHY! And we did not feel safe. We did not stay there! I would like to speak to someone about getting our money back after paying for a room we didn't use.

Toilet was plugged up since I got there. Stopped at the front office the next day to send some one and no one ever came. It took 2 days for them to come and only because I ran into the maintenance man and told him myself.

Too many house cleaners, they were too apparent. I was shopping for a room for last night and tonight, their listing all of a sudden went up $4 I felt this was unpleasant, so I went elsewhere
