Comfort Suites New Braunfels - San Antonio Area

Good value & a nice room and good bed.

Not a big fan of Spectrum. It's very awkward to find channels.

great location

The toilet clogged and they said they didn't have anyone to help so they told my husband to come get the plunger and do it himself??

Lady at front desk

Gym would be nice to use earlier than 7am

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very worn and dated. Bathroom sink would not drain. Mold in the shower. This is a budget option at best. I would recommend it for a budget-conscious traveler.

The beds were comfy.

There was 2 families in our stay. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed one night. Room had roaches and bathroom was very dirty. Toilet and floor were very filthy. Although the tub was clean.

Location, good for quick night to sleep.

Rooms need updating, walls are thin so you hear the neighbors. Pillows were not comfortable.

Location

Certain entrance doors were locked early. Bed,and pillows were not good.

Staff friendly and helpful

I did not get a receipt when I left, said booking co. Would send it.

Rooms were very clean and spacious...breakfast was good... Staff was great!! This hotel is 10/10

Location and AM Mgr. TV noise from room next door until 1AM but didnt call front desk. Alarm went off around 6am followed by loud talking. Mgr said we should have called and that she would speak to people who had not yet checked out. Appreciated Mgr resp

Rude neighbor that didnt understand they were not at home.

Room and breakfast

Staff knocking our suite door so loud before checking out to get out when it was not till 11am. That was rude

It¿s beautiful! I really liked the dining room an breakfast an fireplace

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom

breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was bad. Not fresh brewed. Think it was instant

Easy to access and to reach thruways. Staff helpful. The person who made breakfast did a gray job. Handicap facilities were good

Family owned and operated. Staff very friendly. Room and bed comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good. Stayed here 3 times this month.

None noted

Good value. Good sized room. Very comfortable bed.

Wifi was not reliable for streaming. Type of light bulbs used did not provide a lot of illumination.

The breakfast was awesome. Every morning the breakfast was changed giving great options. The was unexpected surprise and made our stay very homey.

The room did not have light bulb in two of the lights in the room. The clock also did not work. This should have been looked after prior to our arrival also needs a new in room coffee maker

Nice comfortable clean rooms

Check in was 3pm but at 4:15pm we were still waiting for our rooms to be cleaned. Not happy with that but was told they had a shortage of staff.

Clean, quiet, modern. Well furnished and comfortable.

Breakfast was less than exciting. Poor selection and unappetizing. Clock radio was not plugged in and was challenging to set up!

Location

7-11 convenient store type breakfast..cellophane wrapped burrito!! Broken English speaking front desk clerk.
