Charged a fee to put linens on each bed, upstairs curling so low a child couldn¿t stand up, most game room equipment didn¿t work, right off very busy and loud major highway
The hotel was great. In fact it was 10 times better than an actual hotel!! We LOVED staying in the tiny cabin. It truly felt like a mini vacation for us (even though we live in New Braunfels) More privacy, yet with the community feel and so much to do.
We forgot pool towels, and they don't have any. So an option for pool towels would be nice. But otherwise we literally loved everything!
Beautiful resort with very nice private cabins. Very clean and well designed. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location and value. Lots of nice amenities.
The bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were hard. There was no way to control the excessive amount of light coming in to the cabin at night.
The fun amenities and party location. Colorfull cabins and fun front porches too!
Office people could have been friendlier. We all have those days tho.

Very quiet, very clean, very convenient. Good value for the money.
Cannot reach any staff on the phone. I assumed (my mistake) that someone would be available after hours (at least before 10 pm). This is an RV park, and perhaps it's a different culture than any hotel or B & B I'm used to.
