Homewood Suites by Hilton New Braunfels

It was a nice hotel and good location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

There is definitely mold on the third floor of this hotel. The air went out in the hallway and it was extremely moist and musty. There was also something they were spraying to mask odors and it smelled terrible.

Loved the pillows and maintenance personnel was very helpful.

When we arrived the first room, we were assigned. The TV did not work..

Front desk clerk working on 2/7 on check in night was rude and condescending.

Exceptional staff!! Wonderful breakfast, super-clean compfortable and well-appointed rooms!

Not a thing to complain about!!

The layout of the room was fantastic, very functional and the fact that there was a ceiling fan above the bed was a huge plus. I normally freeze or roast in hotel rooms, keeping the thermostat a little higher but having moving air made all the difference.

The toilet ran all night long, also there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Absolutely loved the location and it doesn¿t hurt to be welcomed by not only the front desk but all of the staff.

If I had to nitpick, we needed more towels.

Location . The ladies in the breakfast area were amazing. They made me feel like home.

Yes. Mostly the front desk. There was an issue of some sort every day. Sorry I forgot her name but the Hispanic lady was extremely helpful.

The pool was nice and the rooms were large. I really liked the area the hotel was located.

We showed up and checked in but when we got to the room someone was working on the room door. The hallway didn¿t have air conditioning. The bed sheet had a big yellow stain. The staff replacement it.

Clean and quiet. Large comfortable room. Away from the highway and crowded tourist area. Right next to an excellent non touristy Mexican restaurant. Great stay!

The hotel did not accommodate us with the the room that we paid for; which was booked months in advance.

Staff and location. Staff were very kind and pleasant. I liked that the hotel was away from the freeway so you don¿t here the traffic.

The Breakfast was too simple and not enough food choices for a weekend. Hotel too pricey not to have a breakfast comparable to Embassy Suites.

Room was nice and laid out well. Hot breakfast was great. Very clean. Had ceiling fan. Hide-a-bed couch, full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, and kitchen sink.

Mattress was low quality and a little stiff. Overall, bed, linens, pillows, and mattress is not as comfortable as IGH/Holiday Inn. But overall room was good value.

the overall facilities, all rooms are suites definitely an edge of Homewood, it will be nice if the TV screen is bigger.

No complimentary bottled water, which is common now a days.

One day housekeeping only took out about half of the trash and left some behind. It seemed odd.

Arrived in town a couple of days early and decided to stay here a couple of nights. Would highly recommend. We moved from here over to the Hilton Garden Inn and super disappointed and wish we had booked our entire stay here. Great staff. Super clean

Very new, clean, and modern. Away from traffic noise. Convenient location. Good complimentary breakfast.

One of two elevators was not working which caused delays. Ice machine on 3rd floor not working.

The room was spacious.

Evening front staff was not the best I¿ve ever met. The bedding had a stain on the outer blanket/comforter. It was not noticed until late that night when we returned from our event. In the morning, staff was banging on our door at 9 am.
