Hampton Inn & Suites New Braunfels

The location is close to my family in Texas.

The Bathroom shower/tub had rust. I had to get drinking water from the water fountain in the lobby.

The hotel was hit by lightening and there was no electricity in the hotel for the entire day and night.

New and clean, convenient location

During our four-day stay, arrived late one evening to find housekeeping had skipped our room. Beds were unmade, no fresh towels, etc. Breakfast was barely better than more affordable hotels. For $----+ per night, we expected more.

Cleanliness, but it?s outdated in several areas.

Overpriced for being so outdated. Breakfast wasn?t as good as other Hampton hotels. Was charged double for my yorkies. Couldn?t check in on time.?when I did get to room, maid was still in there and strong smell of cleaning solution.

The business highway the hotel is on is very busy. Do not expect to make a left coming out of the hotel.

Very clean, friendly staff, great location.

Over priced for this star level. I paid over $ total for one night. All rooms/hotels were extremely high. Needs a makeup mirror in the bathroom.

Even though are confirmation #'s didn't match, they went ahead and let us have our rooms. Both check-in and checking out were smooth and both personnel were kind.

Hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our room was a very good size and bed was very comfortable.

The only enrance into the hotel property was through a small strip mall. Entering and leaving the hotel to the main street was difficult.

The room was not clean. One bed the sheets smelled like urine. The other bed had bedbugs or something. I went to bed with no bites on me and woke up covered in bites.

Location, breakfast.

No maid service if one spends more than 1 night. They dropped extra towels at my son¿s room. No inquiry whether he needed anything. My trash cans were full; I had no regular coffee for my in-room coffee maker; only had a partial roll of TP & no Kleenex.

Room, cleanliness, price, staff, and location.

The breakfast was just adequate.

Close to my relatives; clean; relatively new, and reasonable

The photo of the room showed a bathtub/shower combination but the room had only a shower. I prefer a bathtub, but I managed for one night.

Location. Everything else was a disaster.

The hotel rooms, walls, carpets and furniture were dirty. We have several pictures to support the preceding.

Clean, nice comfortable beds and pillows

The pink haired night clerk was not very nice, I realize the pool may have a closing time , but three adults just sitting around not drinking , not making any noise and she rudely runs us off

1. Complimentary breakfast 'til 10am, later than nearly all other hotels. 2. Plenty of luggage carts (4), more than I've seen in any other motel ever. 3. Compensation for a major & a minor problem with the room, I didn't have to ask twice.

1. Making left turns into & out of the motel impossible due to very heavy traffic.

The location was great and staff were very accomodating.

The room could have been cleaner. There was some type if residue left on the corner of the top sheet on the bed.

Good location for going to a concert at Gruene Hall.

Hotel is clean but very dated.
