Pros +

The location. The drive to and from was beautiful, the view was very nice.

Cons -

I did not like that we could hear every single word our down stairs neighbors were saying, which meant they could hear us. The room needs to be refreshed. Lots of broken blinds and stains on the floor, peeling paint, poor wall patch jobs, etc.
