The location

Staff was just staring on us when get into the room, water got stuck in the shower tub, a dog was barking next to our room, staff was waiting for us the day our check out to start cleaning and was just 9:30am

Clean, super comfy beds, great air conditioner, clean pool and spa, and really nice staff!!

Breakfast is basics in cereal, yogurt, and waffle maker, so no fresh eggs and bacon, but aside from that, everything was great!!

Didnt get my 3 deposit in case of damages for the days we stay . Thats cause we paid in cash

My last two deposit in case of damages were not paid back and that is because it was pay in cash

Dirty sheets. Such a small breakfast. Noisy. Expensive daily charge for a pet.

This hotel is being slept on! Sure it's not the newest fanciest but the rooms are clean the beds are cozy and the hot tub was warm! They even served waffles as part of a continental breakfast!

This hotel was a disaster. Infested with cockroaches. Sink faucet leaked. Woke up at 7am to a pounding on my door where the staff claimed I wasn¿t supposed to be in my room! Breakfast is a joke. Maid never replaced the coffee in my room.

Got good price 1st night then they went up on me

Convenient location, newly renovated, great staff.

Hot water was only warm. No microwave. Light over sink would come on by itself.

Easy Access to I-35 and to New Braunfels and surrounding area.

Simple but easy to use breakfast bar with nice options.

Room was DISGUSTING. Blood on the mattress and makeup and other stains all over the sheets. Clerk offered me another room but I declined as they don't wash the bedding between guests. Refused to give me a refund. Went to Holiday Inn,it was wonderful.

It was not very clean/updated and aboit 5 minutes after we arrived~ a roach crawled in from under the door. ¿¿

It was a long walk to room after going up flights of stairs with luggage.. when we asked more more towels we only received two towels for 5 ppl and when we asked again the man at office was rude about it... same for the toilet paper one roll for five

The size and it was clean.

I kept getting bugs in my tub.

It was in a really good location.

The air conditioner in our room didn¿t work properly. It was too late in the night to report to change rooms. In the morning, we wanted to just sit by the pool and enjoy., but the manager/owner and the housekeepers were arguing and yelling at each other

The breakfast in a bag was great. Bag with bottled water and breakfast goodies. Front desk lady was very helpful with river tubing information. Affordable hotel price.

Clean table next to beds better.

The room was dirty. There was dust on all the furniture. Hairs in the bathtub. And the toilet seat was broken.

Horrible customer service, not clean, other people in our assigned room!

It was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good for the covid adjustments. They just need to add protein (i.e. boiled egg) for those desiring this or nuts or something.
