spacious room and the outdoor area had a pool and access to a creek

the bed was very uncomfortable. Courtyard is supposed to have nice beds but this mattress was unusually stiff and I would not stay here again unless the bedding is improved.

Beautiful hotel, have visited and stayed many times

Their were out of a lot of food and took a long time for them to come back and say they were out of 5 of our 10 orders

The view was beautiful

Beds were old, as were the pillows.

It was a lovely quiet oasis in the middle of the bustling city.

There was a cafe but No restaurant just a cafe. We had thought from the ad that there was a real sit down restaurant.

Location was great. People were welcoming & accommodating when asked.

Free coffee was only for the weekend which wasnt explained. We were not advised maid service was every other day & that wasn't even done. We had to request service & clean towels. The hot tub wasn't very 'hot rather warm.

This hotel has so much to do so you¿re not just stuck in your room! Walking/ sitting by the river, playing corn hole/ horse shoes, seeing the ducks and cats that are outside. There was checkers and a bar/ Starbucks plus live music when we arrived!

The water pressure was not great in the bathroom/ shower.

The back yard area with the fire, games, the pool then going down to the river to fish and swim. Loved Emily the bartender

The location is conveniently accessible and is right on the River so has a scenic view from all rooms and pool area. The balcony option makes this hotel a special place to stay in New Braunfels!

The Starbucks/bar closes mid-day for a few hours. Would be nice for it to be open all day.

Dirty, booked 4 day stay, no room service, no towels, no coffee, seems like basic necessities for --- room rate.

I liked having a view of the river. The room was surprisingly quiet, given its proximity to the freeway.

The bathroom didn't seem super clean. There was toilet paper in the toilet when we got there. The shower didn't look particularly clean, either.

The outdoor amenities were awesome!! The setting is beautiful!!

There were some dirty spots in our room- around the heater/air conditioning unit.

This hotel was perfection! From the rooms, to the location. The staff was amazing. We had the best time there. Convenient little Bistro inside and located near anything. River access and area were perfect. Area was kept clean and pool was a delight! A++++

One rude employee, and house cleaning missed our room on a two night stay. I had to go down to the front desk for clean towels. The room was quite dated, and a bit dirty. Even though it was just a 3 star hotel, $--- was too much for 2 nights in that room.

Great location and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

It get's a bit pricey during the summer(rates go up) due to NB being a tourist destination.

View of river. Appealing outdoor area. Modern, clean rooms. Food service available. Quiet.

Extremely overpriced for the accommodations and doesn't even offer a continental breakfast. The rooms had a smell and everything in the hotel was overpriced. Will not stay again.

Upon check-in, the first lady I came across was not very helpful. She wasn't rude, but didn't come across with a welcoming attitude.
