The location

The hotel was not clean at all. The floor was not vacuumed. The were roaches in my room. It was not up to my standard. I was very tired and I stayed, buy I will never stay there again Osborne

Nothing bou location

Front desk clerk wasn't wearing a face mask even after I asked him to put one on. We were given a room with someone else in it. No action was taken to correct the situation.

How close it was from destination

Roaches and Paper toilet handle was broken

Location of the graduation we were close to everything

No outside pool to suck up the sun

The location was onvenient for the purpose of my stay.

Had to switch rooms due to knats swarming the entire 3rd Floor. It was disgusting! The rooms were okay but the gnat experience soured my stay. The carpets in the hallways were filthy! I will not stay again and do not recommend.

It was dirty, stinky, stale breakfast. Worst place I have ever stayed.

The door has a latch lock on the inside.

The roaches and the bad smell every where. This was not a 3 Star hotel.

Roaches.. i asked for them to spray room and they never did like they said they would. We ran a 50 miler so we didn't have anything in room to worry about, only slept there hour and shower

Do NOT stay there.Manager was chasing people in a very rude way and calling them names for taking 2 muffins to their room from the breakfast area claiming that health authorities will penalize them with $100 for eating breakfast!

Location

The room had bugs.The towels had holes.The rate that was quoted was changed three times and I got the wrong room.(Mgr). The hotel sold my room to my niece for a higher price. Also the one elevator was not working for one mourning.

It was close to my destination.

The toilet ran iN my room constantly until I fixed it. The indoor pool, part if the reason I chose this hotel, was out of service all weekend. At 11am checkout day house keeping beat on the door like a swat team to ask if I was checking out at noon.

The lady the worked the front desk both nights I stayed was very kind and helpful.

Pool was closed- no price reduction Room (215) was FULL of ants and bugs on every surface- no price reduction, but had to change rooms. Coffee pot in the morning had little flies all over it also.

Floors were filthy especially in the hallways. Whoever cleaned my room never cleaned the mirrors, so I wonder what else they didn't clean. The desk chair had a huge cute in the headrest. The shower had mildew around the caulking.

The hot tub was actually hot and I really enjoyed that. I can't even count the number of times I have encountered a hot tub that was either lukewarm or broken, but this was perfection! The room was roomy and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The recliner in our room didn't work properly. I mentioned it to the staff and they offered to move us to a different room, but I wasn't really going to be using that chair. Would have been nice to have two recliners or a sofa (there was plenty of room).

We arrived to find the room missing towels, coffee machine uncleaned from the previous occupant, and some else's contact lens in the bed. Our room was not cleaned daily and staff refused to clean it. Had to contact manager to get the room cleaned.

My hotel had roaches. I had 2 rooms for 3 nights and I never got housekeeping service. I informed front desk both the days but still didn't get any service.

The staff was excellent. The room was simple but clean. Comfortable bed. Good value.

Wifi was unreliable

The breakfast was awesome.

toilet was clogged, so moved to a room that had roaches in rr, so moved to a third room.
