• We were so glad that we found this hotel and ended up staying in this hotel for our weekend visit to Houston. It was a last minute arrangement because another hotel further down the road cancelled us last minute.The hotel was in a great location with easy access to highway. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful. Room was spacious and clean. Check-in staff was very polite and helpful. The room had been cleaned even though we did not ask for it as we left our room after 11am. The cleaning staffs were very responsible.We will definitely choose this same hotel next time when we come back for visit.

• The front desk attendant did not want to let me in . Once I pulled up my booking confirmation she opened the door but claimed she didn’t see a booking under my name . I gave her the confirmation number and without letting me finish she cut me off and said there was no booking . I proceeded to leave the property and got a notification not even 2 mins later that my card was being charged. If there was no booking how did she “confirm” check in . The desk attendant tried to make up excuses following this incident when I called .
