- Location was great
- Staff was terrific. they were very helpful with anything I needed. Loved the mid century modern decor in the lobby. This hotel has a restaurant with really good food. I would rather pay and have a great breakfast than have a free inedible one.

- Only one elevator, no included breakfast
- Fitness room needs some attention. AC was not working at the hottest time of the year. Machines were not working properly and television were also not working.
- No housekeeping service, worn out room, no existent staff. You charged me for a full hotel and delivered merely a room to sleep in. Did not get any value for what I paid. Covid excuse is wearing thin.
