- Location and friendly service and cleanliness of property.
- Downstairs seating area for breakfast was comfortable and modern with plenty of space. It provided a relaxed atmosphere. Variety of nuts and fruits in the breakfast area available as toppings for oatmeal, cold cereal, or by itself was also nice touch.
Cons -
- Room & bed sheets dirty . Had hairs on the bedsheets. Carpets old worn out & dusty. Breakfast was terrible. No option for waffle etc. Very limited.

- The exterior automatic sliding door made lots of noise as it opened and seemed to be on the verge of breaking. The sport court/recreation area was small and outdoors (not useful because it was windy and cold).
